The Executive Management Group of Constructor headed off to the Kirovsk factory this week.
The purpose of their trip was to visit the Constructor factory and to congratulate Alexey Borzenko, the new MD, on his initial achievements since he joined the Group in February.
The delegation was led by Frank Pohl, who is the CEO of Constructor Group, who personally thanked Alexey for all his hard work and the progress he has made in such a short time.
“It’s not easy to come into an organisation and to hit the ground running, but Alexey has been able to do so. He inherited a very skilled team of engineers who have many years experience in the storage business and in less than three months he has already ramped up production, expanded the sales teams in Saint Petersburg and Moscow and taken the first steps to expand the dealer network.”
Alexey said that this early success had been down to the support he has received from the day he joined the company. “Both the management team and the local staff here in Kirovsk are as committed as I am to getting it right for our customers. But we still have long way to go.”
Future plans for the facility in Kirovsk were discussed during the EMG’s visit but are a closely guarded secret. Given Alexey’s achievements to date, they are reassuring despite strong competition, as the Group believes in reasonable increase and progress on the Russian market.
